No buses, no rush: Rather than the inconvenience of cramped buses, tight schedules, or straining to hear a guide, our virtual guides follow your pace. Stroll, shop, browse, pause for lunch, or linger for a drink—our tours fit your schedule; you don’t have to fit ours.
Do I need Wi‑Fi?
No. A regular mobile data signal is sufficient. Wi‑Fi is optional.
How long does my access last?
30 days from purchase. You can reinstall anytime during that window by opening the same access email link.
Does it work offline?
The tour needs a mobile data (or Wi‑Fi) connection for maps and content. Some items may cache briefly, but a live signal is recommended.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes — Stripe emails your receipt automatically after purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are non‑refundable. If you run into issues, email support@smartwalktours.com and we’ll help restore access during your 30‑day window.
How does the Virtual Tour Guide work?
You can opt to have the tour guide narrate the detailed information at every Point of Interest. At each stop, you’ll also see a short list of Common Questions. Tap one to hear or read the guide’s response.
Traveling internationally?
Consider a low‑cost prepaid travel pass/eSIM (7–30 days) to keep data predictable. Otherwise, keep Data Roaming off and use Wi‑Fi when convenient. Remember, you are responsible for any charges incurred from your provider.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
Modern iOS and Android devices with recent Safari or Chrome (Edge/Firefox also work). Keep your OS and browser updated for GPS, audio, and install support.
Safety & battery tips
Be alert to your surroundings—don’t walk while looking down at your phone. Navigation + screen time can drain battery; start above 50% or carry a small power bank.
