Access window: Your private access link works for 30 days from purchase.

Do I need Wi‑Fi?
No. A regular mobile data signal is sufficient. Wi‑Fi is optional.
How do I install the tour on my device?
  1. Open your SmartWalkTours access email and tap your private access link.
  2. When the tour opens, use the browser menu (⋮ or share icon).
  3. Select Install App or Add to Home Screen, then follow the prompts.

Reinstall later? Yes. Open the same access email link during your 30‑day window to reinstall or run the tour in your browser.

I’m lost or off the tour route—what should I do?
No worries—SmartWalkTours is flexible. You can wander and rejoin anywhere. Use the map to orient yourself and continue; points of interest work regardless of strict order.
Why won’t my tour load or run?
  • Check you have a steady mobile data signal (or Wi‑Fi).
  • Enable Location Services (GPS).
  • Use a modern browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
  • Disable aggressive content blockers for this site.
  • Clear site data/storage and reload, then try again.
  • If installed as a PWA, remove it, reopen your access link, and reinstall.
What devices and browsers are supported?
Modern iOS and Android devices with recent Safari or Chrome (or Edge/Firefox) work best. Keep your OS and browser updated for GPS, audio, and install support.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are non‑refundable. If you run into issues, contact support and we’ll help you restore access during your 30‑day window.
Safety & battery tips
Be alert to your surroundings and follow local laws. Never walk while looking down at your phone. Navigation and screen time can drain battery—consider starting above 50% or carrying a small power bank.
