When you purchase a SmartWalkTours digital tour, you’re purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the tour for your own enjoyment for 30 days from the date of purchase. You access the tour in your browser using your private link. No installation is required — nothing is saved to your phone, so we don’t take up storage space or run in the background. The tour content — including routes, scripts, code, files, and all creative materials — remains the exclusive property of SmartWalkTours.com. No copying, redistribution, sharing, or resale is allowed.
Important: Admission fees for museums, historic sites, or other venues mentioned on the tour are not included in the purchase price. Tickets must be purchased separately from the venue if required.
We Care About Your Safety
Please enjoy your adventure safely! Always watch your surroundings, follow local laws and traffic signals, and use common sense. NEVER walk while looking down at your phone. Look out for curbs, potholes, vehicles, uneven pavement, water, bikes, scooters, or any other hazards. By using our product, you agree that SmartWalkTours is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss — including harm to yourself or others, or loss of life — that may result during use or misuse of this service. Always check with a physician before engaging in physical activity. By purchasing and using this product, you accept full responsibility for your actions and their consequences.
Refunds & Support
Due to the highly transferable nature of digital media, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your access link, please see our Support page or contact us and we’ll help you restore access during your 30-day window.

Any forecast you see is informational and may not reflect real-time conditions. Check local forecasts, dress appropriately, and use good judgment. SmartWalkTours is not liable for injuries or disruptions caused by weather or environmental conditions.
Connectivity, GPS & Map Accuracy
SmartWalkTours requires web page access. If your device can open a web page (mobile data or Wi-Fi), you can open the tour. Some content may briefly appear from your browser’s cache if you’ve opened it recently, but a live connection is needed for reliable maps and tour behavior. GPS accuracy can vary by device, environment, and network. The blue line or suggested route is for general orientation only and is not guaranteed to be perfectly aligned, current, or step-by-step navigation.
Financial Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
SmartWalkTours is not a common carrier, travel agency, tour bus operator, or booking service. Our tours are informational, self-guided experiences. Timing, suggested paths, and points of interest are for guidance only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by using our tours you agree that SmartWalkTours, its owners, contractors, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages or losses of any kind, including (without limitation):
- missed ship departures, flights, trains, tours, or reservations;
- changes to or loss of bookings, tickets, or excursions;
- fines, penalties, towing, parking tickets, or citations;
- property damage (including to phones or other devices);
- additional transportation, lodging, or other out-of-pocket expenses; or
- any economic loss or loss of enjoyment arising from or related to your use of a Tour.
You are solely responsible for managing your time, route choices, transportation, and schedule. If you are dissatisfied with the Tour, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Tour and contact us for technical assistance during the active access period.
